Mejirodai: Relatively near to the station. (It takes 10mins on foot.)
Well secured.( Every room has completely separated and each has different keys even on elevator)
Furnished facility : kitchen lounge, theater room, music room, on-site convinience store and restaurant.
Mitaka : Far from the nearest station. (It takes 15mins by bus or bike.)
Homy（easy to communicate with others)
Furnished facility : tennis court, basket goal, lounge, piano, multipurpose hole, laundry room.
Conclusion
If you put priority on your grade of living, Mejirodai is the best accommodation for you. And if you prefer cutting the cost of living, Mitaka is the best accommodation for you.
